Assistant Pastor

King’s Cross is currently seeking an assistant pastor to assist our pastoral care efforts in alignment with our mission to “worship God together and give witness to his love for us in Christ.” This position will involve the regular care of members and the equipping of lay leaders to extend King’s Cross’ care. The position will also assist with adult discipleship and education efforts, particularly in the area of men’s ministry.

The successful candidate will have a vibrant, growing faith in Jesus Christ with a humble commitment to Reformed theology as summarized in the Westminster standards and meet the character qualifications outlined in 1 Timothy 3:1-7, Titus 1:5-9, and 1 Peter 5:1-4. Candidates must have a seminary degree (master’s level) and be ordained (or ordainable) as a Teaching Elder in the Presbyterian Church in America. Click HERE for a full job description.
